Our Team
We are absolutely committed to the importance of physical therapy, the fitness results of Pilates training and the rewards of personal training. In fact, we believe there’s a powerful unity between the three for healing the body and increasing overall fitness. We provide:
- Personalized training in small groups to all ranges of abilities and needs
- Hands-on manual therapy to address the movement of joints, muscles and nerves
- New and innovative methods for addressing and treating low back pain
All sessions are conducted in our uniquely vibrant studio, designed to elevate the energy and offer a stimulating space to train. We also utilize two private treatment rooms to analyze, evaluate and work on injuries and areas of concern.
