Our Team
We are a team of physical therapists, pilates specialists, and massage therapists who work collaboratively to help our clients achieve their maximum potential for health.
We choose an approach for each client to meet his or her specific needs and understand that one approach does not fit all. We believe in body maintenance to maximize flexibility, strength, and a pain-free lifestyle. Maintenance may include manual therapy techniques, massage, and/or pilates as needed to counteract postural imbalances, overuse injuries from work or sports, and rehabilitating adaptive changes occurring from old injuries.
Meet the Staff
Tiffany Watson, Owner, MPT, Pilates Instructor
Tiffany Watson expanded her studio to allow collaboration between physical therapy, massage, and pilates. With years of experience in therapy, she understands that all three of these disciplines provide a holistic approach to wellness and rehabilitation. Tiffany is a 2001 graduate of Mayo Clinic’s Masters of Physical Therapy program and is a pilates instructor certified through PhysicalMind Institute. She specializes in treating individuals with low back pain who have tried other therapies, injections, medications, and surgeries with little or no relief. These clients who are labeled as “difficult cases” often find significant improvements in pain and quality of life after working with Tiffany. As a cycling enthusiast, Tiffany also enjoys working with individuals to improve sport performance through custom strengthening programs, joint mobilization, and restoration of muscle balance. She believes in striving to maintain youthful vitality at any age through exercise, nutrition, and enjoyment of life.
